1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using exd.com ('the Site'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. EXD Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Content and Attribution
EXD aggregates, summarises, and contextualises content from third-party press releases, public announcements, and industry reports. All such content is attributed to its original source. EXD's editorial commentary and original writing remain the intellectual property of EXD Media Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
3. Permitted Use
You may read, share, and link to EXD content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, republish, sell, or redistribute EXD content in bulk or as part of a competing product. Journalists and researchers may quote EXD editorial with attribution.
4. User Accounts and Subscriptions
Paid memberships grant access to subscriber-only content for the duration of the billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of a new billing cycle. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Contributor Content
Contributors who submit pitches or articles grant EXD a non-exclusive licence to publish, edit, and archive their work on the Site. Contributors retain copyright. EXD will not publish contributor work without explicit agreement on editorial terms. EXD is not obligated to publish any submitted pitch.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXD provides content 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party press release content. Nothing on this Site constitutes investment, legal, or professional advice. Reliance on Site content is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXD Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on any content published herein.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including original press release sources. These links are provided for reference only. EXD does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
